bunn | Figs

There are still figs ripening on the fig tree. This is unexpected to the point of being almost a bit creepy. We've had several frosts, what are they playing at? Many of the figs have gone mouldy, but quite a lot of them are edible, even if they are not as sweet as the summer figs were.

I went and picked some today, and if I get a suitably shaped tuit, will try pickling them this weekend.
