Another foster lurcher is imminent

Well, he's quite a collieish sort of lurcher really.  He's in the Ceredigion council stray kennels and is coming down to me to be fostered, if we can get him moved (W Wales not the easiest area!).   His name is Bob and he is 12 years old and a bit arthritic.

He reminds me a little of the recently departed Moss, dog to my aunt and uncle for fourteen years, though he was a merle collie with no lurcherness.

A dog perfectly designed to vanish completely when taken out in partial frost. He's doing a fairly good chameleon impression in this picture, too, with that white wall and blotchy floor, although the disguise would work better if he lay on his back and put his legs in the air.
