What I tell you three times is true

Three times in the last couple of days, people have told me what nice, calm, well behaved dogs I have got. I am torn between horrified laughter and a desperate hope that maybe those people could be right.

Rosie's Sunbeam Bed.  It is important that the Sunbeam bed be optimally positioned in the sun, and that it have the cream floofy thing on the top.  Otherwise there will be complaining yelling.  I can't help noticing that both Rosie Roo and Mollydog are/were loud opinionated girls, and Brythen and Az are/were both quiet polite boys.

I love the shot of them running. Also, the last one--their expressions are funny somehow, possibly because they seem to illustrate your final remark.

I have a similar reaction when I am complimented on my children's behaviour...

Lovely pictures! Surprisingly often, people tell me what lovely, well-behaved children I have. I can only assume that what to us, living with them all the time, appears as a constant litany of yelling, zooming around, meltdowns etc, has sufficient periods in between of *not* containing those elements, that people who only meet our children/dogs for short periods will often enough only see that side of things. So, both sets of opinions are true, for a certain value of truth :-)
