Bad photos rant
I have once again spent part of a day titivating bad photos that were taken out of focus, in bad weather, against ugly backdrops.
Why, WHY can't people a) buy a decent camera b) learn to take decent photos with it and c) wait till the sun is out and find somewhere that isn't covered in corrugated iron as a backdrop.
Or failing that d) hire someone to take photos for them?
Surely any of these would be preferable to getting me to fiddle with their bad photos afterwards. I can get them looking vaguely half-way decent, with some effort - but would it not be simpler (and cheaper) and much more effective to just supply decent photos to start with???
ARG!

But this is for a website where they hope people will want to buy advertising for their businesses on taxi cabs. Taxi cabs are the essence of portable, so why they can't drive them to somewhere in front of a clean wall of a neutral colour, I don't know.
