To be fair, I can't really say anything bad about Axa (yet): the fault is really with the postal service, which first failed repeatedly to deliver claim forms to me, then failed to get their letter to the vet. I guess they could have anticipated that, but the post is the real issue. :-(
I've been very lucky and have never had to claim anything for Molly in the 5 years I've owned her: I assume this is why they want a copy of her clinical history, since they won't have any details on file about her other than what I told them when I first bought the policy.
