Easyspace, how I hate you.

Is it too much to ask that a support engineer for a web hosting company should either

a) understand DNS
b) not understand it, but know someone who does and ask him
c) at least not bugger about quite randomly, damaging stuff he doesn't understand in an ACUTELY annoying manner?
