Composed while plodding along behind the chase for wet squirrels

In the damp midwinter, soggy mud goes squish
sky is grey and dismal, wish I was a fish
all is dampish, slightly grey, many things go mouldy,
In the damp midwinter, when will it go...?


OK, it's not very good, but I felt it summed up my feelings of the moment.
