Our Hairy Bears are much pickier - though the Bungles aren't!

Strangely the cats we own that we know most about in terms of background are the Liverpool Mogs, as we had them both from kittens and know they came from an established feral community, whereas I have no idea about the other 4.

I have this idea that feral city cats may have developed a greater tolerance of and ability to process contaminated food than cats from farm or village stock, as they probably have fewer hunting opportunities and more scavenging ones...

Though that said, Footie is an excellent mouser/ratter: he always sits on the steps waiting for breakfast to be served, but if you come down early for some reason, you often find him finishing off his pre-breakfast rodent. Perl's not so talented though when she was younger she did have a bit of a thing for bringing us live frogs.
