Debrambling

bunnOn Saturday, such a fabulous blue-skies day, I decided to attack the head vampires big brambles that were growing all around the car parking bit. I managed to decapitate all the Evil ones (they spread by suckers, the bastards!) and also laid about 15 feet of hedge.
I also cleared back SO MUCH dogwood, to allow access to the rest of the hedge down there. Now I can get in and fell some ashes that have sowed themselves into the middle of it all. I don't know why more hedges aren't made of dogwood. It's such a nice thornless, lowgrowing bush.
