I think the two graves in the photos (Bants Carn and Upper Innisidgen) were excavated in official digs, albeit a long time ago. We saw a third one, Lower Innisidgen, which according to the sign was dug out by grave robbers in 1950 - still nobody knows who dug it out or what, if anything they found, which seems incredible for a relatively recent crime on such a small island, you'd think surely someone must know something!
