Google just phoned me up

Apparently I now have a special Google Account Manager. His name is Anton. Just for me, all on my lone!

I feel terribly, terribly important.

I suspect what this really means is that I should review all the spending I manage at Google, cos I must be paying over the odds if it is worth their while to be buttering me up like a toasty scone.

Also, if I am spending so much, why am I so woefully poor? Maybe I should have asked them to get rid of the account manager and pay me commission instead...

Cool! I wonder if Anton serves anyone else, or if his entire reason for existing is to serve you. If your account doesn't need that much managing, maybe he can branch out and do hoovering, cat grooming, car washing, and feed you grapes while you work.

I am not sure I like the idea that I am their only reason to exist. It seems like too much of an obligation. What if it all goes wrong, I'd feel all responsible for poor Anton.

Also, Anton has an assistant called Niall, who is also, apparently, at my disposal. I can't be doing with them both fussing round the place, I'd feel I had to hoover. :-p
