I have just noticed that a support ticket I submitted came back with the name  Visit Laohateerapong at the bottom of it!

I had previously assumed that Visit as a first name was a purely Pratchett invention.

Well, of course, I don't know that this is not the case for Mr (or Ms) Laohateerapong. Laohateerapong is a pretty fine surname on its own too.
