It's your dratted website. I know nothing about Wire EDM or shims. Frankly, I don't care if all the shims in the world fall into a black hole and are never seen again. I don't know if your customers want their shims displayed horizontally or vertically, nor do I really care if they find your rightbar case studies more compelling if they are italicised rather than bold.

JUST MAKE YOUR MIND UP!!!

I suppose it is nice to be listened to, but sometimes it is also nice to be given definite instructions...

I'm going to just template something out for them. Problem is I know that they will then look at it for 2 weeks then come back and ask for something else!

Still, they are paying by the hour, so...
