While the world watched the USA get a new top guy, I was quietly groaning in a corner.  I don't think I ate anything particularly risky yesterday and apparently Devon and Cornwall are riddled with noroviruses at the mo so I have arbitrarily decided it might be that.  I really hope I never get this again.

philmophlegm  has nobly walked the hounds for me today as I really wasn't up to it.

Hope you feel better soon! Maybe the lardy slice was laced with nasties as part of the government's evil plan to put everyone off eating unhealthy food.

I have to admit that I do like the idea of noble hound-walking. I'm imagining a coronet and a regal mien. (Yeah, here's me being predictable again. ;-P)
