Pay as you throw
Nov. 26th, 2008 06:27 pmJust seen a news article saying that 'pay as you throw' rubbish disposal is on its way. The report didn't deal with the 2 things that immediately leapt to mind:
1) isn't this going to increase fly tipping?
2) On a personal note - if you live somewhere where you can't have a standardised bin (too steep!) and have to carry your binbags to a central location, how can the binmen tell whose rubbish is which?
