 I have just received a communication from a local Conservative councillor, who assures me in confident black letters with a photo of David Cameron, that "The Conservatives have put Cornwall at the top of their Priorities!"

I feel the rest of the country should know about this.  After all, I assume that means that all you lot are ranked lower down. :-p

Well, I for one am kind of glad to have Cornwall to distract the Conservatives from making priorities out of the rest of us. You're like our human shield in county form.

Well we worked out a long time ago that the North East is nowhere near the top of their little list...
