Sun rising

Thank you Footie for hiding under the bed last night and waking me up at 6am. As I staggered back to bed, I noticed this was outside the window, so I photographed it before I fell back into bed.

Pretty! But it's rising on the wrong day! We want a nice sunrise on May 1st, not April 29th. In 11 years of May Mornings on the island, I don't think we've seen the sun rise once. And, sure enough, it seems that the local forecast for tomorrow morning is cloud.
