Raining again...

It feels so odd the way these water-hating Salukoids have turned me into a fair-weather walker.

It used to be just me and the odd spaniel owner out there in the wild wind and the pouring rain.  Now, I assume the spaniels are still out there, but I'm not, because I don't think I can carry both of them and there's no way they are going out there of their free will. :-D

The spaniels are still out there, as are the poodles, cockerdoodles, and golden retrievers - Max barked at them all this morning.

And it was very pleasant morning for a walk too; nice polite vertical rain rather than the swirling horizontal stuff.

I get the vibe that the people around here with doodles are not the kind of people who enjoy getting their feet muddy...

My dogs are still refusing to leave the house (or indeed their beds) even to have a wee. I may have to carry them out one at a time and stand there refusing to let them back in until they are empty at this rate...
