The Hare coursing DVD and Gamekeeping one both have Mollydog on the cover!
This is where he got the originals. I think the licence notes (on what the images can be used for)are fairly clear!

I have contacted Ebay, the web design company/ domain name owners of the image hosting, and the ISP that hosts the server that the pics are on.

However, I am pretty sure that he must have ignored my message, because one of the bidders that I contacted said she had had a second chance offer from him after the winning bidder dropped out. That means he must have logged into Ebay, but has not responded to my message, nor withdrawn the other items he is auctioning using my photos.
