This is where he got the originals. I think the licence notes (on what the images can be used for)are fairly clear!

I have contacted Ebay, the web design company/ domain name owners of the image hosting, and the ISP that hosts the server that the pics are on.

Grrrrrrr.

Ooooh yes. Did that first. See comment to king_pellinor - I know he's logged in since, but has not responded.

I'be just sent a rather more stronglyworded email, andI now have the various documents that I need to prove my ownership of the images to a) Ebay and b) the people who own the network on which his server is hosted.

I'm hoping I won't have to use them though.
