Last time I drew Irimon he looked like this (guy in blue on the left) so my skills have definitely improved, though admittedly the picture below was painted in one take in about two hours, whereas the one above took at least twice as long.   There is still a lot of room for progress, but still, all the practice is definitely paying off.
