nice contrast, that umbrella, shiny black raincoat, is missing a yellow slicker!

yellow slickers and boots are common out here on westcoast vancouver
oddly the umbrellas are black..
like a reversal of fortune

Oh really? I think yellow slickers here is specifically a thing fishermen wear, but umbrellas are usually more colourful!
