Harry Potter covers

bunnWho on earth decided on that hideous cover for the children's edition? I was planning to buy the book from a local independent bookshop, but they had already sold out of the adult cover by 11am, and I decided that the children's cover would seriously impede my enjoyment of the book (and might make my eyes bleed)
So I bought it from WHSmith instead, where the girl in a witches hat told me that 'all the kids' were buying the adult edition because the kids one was so awful. Which it is. And that the Adult cover was 'pretty'. Which it is.
In other news, I have a cold. Therefore I have finished the book sooner than intended, as I don't feel up to gardening today.
