It is the time of year when I can't quite get away without going out in the dark with dogs, again. Our village has no streetlights, and the dog illuminations that I used last year have come to the end of their lives, so it was time to get some more.

I bit the bullet yesterday and cancelled Mollydog's medical insurance. I have joined Dog's Trust for £20 instead, and have their third party liability policy.

Current Mood: chipper

People have been tempting me with gorgeous collars again.

I was lusting for these : http://www.celtichound.co.uk/ - particularly the iridescent copper dragonfly martingale, which would look superb on Mollydog.

When, along came this site : http://www.collarsrus.co.uk/ which has collars with swirly dogdragons that seem to have fallen out of the Book of Kells and twirly green patterns that look like mosaics... and everything!

Hounds don't really need more collars. No. No. They do not. Even if they would look fabulous on their long elegant necks...
