Things I intend to make out of rhubarb

It seems to be a good year for rhubarb this year, and my plants are well established. 

 1) rhubarb leather
2) crystallised rhubarb
3) rhubarb & ginger jam

Any other ideas?  We are already eating a fair number of crumbles...

Yes, of course you can. I tend to use barrels these days, so several demijohns are sitting around unused.

I do applaud your determination to ensure I'd got the right date.

Experience has proved spectacularly that checking everyone has the right date cannot be done too often.
